Bankside Gallery reopens this summer with an exhibition full of new works by the artists of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, alongside the Royal Watercolour Society .
Whilst digital technology has provided us with a wonderful way to view art whilst we can't get out and about, there's no substitute for seeing work for real in a physical space, so we are delighted that visitors can finally come and see works hanging once more in the gallery. Never more so than now, art is an important outlet of expression for creators. For viewers, it can provide an uplifting or inspiring experience or even just a welcome escape from reality.
Works in this exhibition are available to be taken away immediately on sale, and another work is then put in its place, creating an ever-changing display.
