Bren Unwin is a visual artist who works from a research perspective. She was awarded her PhD by the University of Hertfordshire in 2008.
Her work considers the reciprocal relationship between an active perceiver and their dynamic environment. Taking an exploratory and often intuitive approach, meaning in Unwin's artwork emerges through the infinite potential of actions, ideas, materials, research and engagement.
