Christopher Clack Guest RE

Christopher Clack originally started printmaking as an etcher and now works mainly using digital print methods. As a painter and etcher, the surface of a work is always a major consideration and surprisingly this is none the less so in digital print. By paying close attention to the print media used, varieties of paper surface, using transparent or reflective films to print on and by the 'working' of the digital file, Christopher's work shows a deep understanding of the potentials of digital print and print surface.

Christopher strives to make visually stimulating and memorable images. These images often originate from his interest in religion, not as a source of dogma or belief but as wellspring for the imagination.
