Anne Desmet RA RE will be in the gallery giving a demonstration of how she produces her wood engravings.
Anne has a recently published book, Wood Engraving - A Personal Approach (The Crowood Press) featuring over 300 of her wood engravings and collaged prints. It is both a comprehensive ‘how to do it’ manual on wood engraving and a handsome coffee-table-book illustrating key works from her 40-year-long career.
The book is available to purchase in the Bankside Gallery bookshop and Anne will be signing copies during her event.
